Concrete is unforgiving — sub-grade, forms, rebar, and finish all have to be right the first time. We self-perform concrete with our own crews, so quality control stays under one roof. Most of our concrete projects start in the low five figures.

FAQ

Common questions.

Stamped or broom — what's the difference?+

Broom finish is standard, textured, and cost-effective. Stamped concrete adds pattern and color for a custom look — more expensive but transforms the space. We walk you through both with samples.

How long does a typical concrete project take?+

Most patios and driveways run 1-2 weeks on-site including sub-grade prep, forming, pouring, and finishing. Larger projects with drainage or decorative work take longer. Cure time before use is typically 5-7 days for foot traffic and 28 days for full strength.

Do you handle tear-out of existing concrete?+

Yes. Full driveway tear-out and replacement, patio replacements, and pool deck rebuilds are part of our concrete scope.

What's a typical budget range?+

Most concrete projects start in the low five figures. Stamped, decorative, and larger driveways scale higher. We give you a real number after a site walk.

Do you seal the concrete?+

Yes on stamped and decorative work — sealing protects the color and finish. Broom-finish concrete is sealed on request.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Integris Builds is a licensed and insured Texas general contractor. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage on every project.
