This Privacy Policy explains what information Integris Builds collects through integrisbuilds.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to quote requests, run the business, and keep the Site working.

When you provide a phone number through the Site, you authorize Integris to contact you about your inquiry or project by phone call or text message (SMS). Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Transactional messages about an active project may continue. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include:
We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and we receive requests through Angi. When you submit a lead form in one of our ads or request service through Angi, that platform sends us the information you entered, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or project address, and project details. We use it only to contact you about your request, and we store it in Integris Connect, our internal customer system. We do not sell it or share it with other advertisers.
The Site uses the Meta pixel and Google tags to measure how our ads perform, for example whether a visitor who clicked an ad later submitted a quote request. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad settings.
Deleting your data. To have information you sent us through an ad, Angi, or the Site deleted, email sales@integrisbuilds.com with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include the name and phone number or email you used. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, warranty, or insurance reasons.
With your tracking choices applied, we use a browser-session identifier, your first eligible landing page and referring page, campaign parameters, and ad-click identifiers to understand which marketing brought you to our site. If you submit an inquiry, we may connect that visit with the email address and phone number you provide in our internal Integris Connect system. We do not send those contact details to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or Microsoft Clarity through this attribution integration.
Use “Privacy choices” on any page to accept, reject or customize optional analytics, advertising and inquiry-attribution tracking. Your inquiry works without optional tracking. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional tracking off. Your preference is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days; attribution session storage lasts for the browser session. Contact and inquiry records follow the retention policy below.
We keep information only as long as we need it. Inquiries that don't lead to a project are typically retained for up to 24 months. Project-related records (contracts, invoices, plans, photos, warranty documentation) are retained for the duration of the project plus the period required by Texas law, our insurer, and tax authorities — generally at least seven years after project completion.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security issue, please contact us immediately.
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, review platforms or supplier sites). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Integris is a Texas business serving Texas residents. We follow the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies to us, and we honor the access, correction, and deletion requests described in Section 8 regardless of where you live. We do not sell personal information or sensitive data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
